In La Conchiglia you can eat in Roccatederighi fish and seafood. Stacchini family welcomes you on a terrace with a beautiful view over the plains of the Maremma and the village.

  • As Antipasto we love the Pesce Spada Carpaccio (buttery delicate wafer-thin smoked swordfish fillet) or Polpo e patate (Octopus with potatoes).
  • For the main course (secondo) we recommend a tuna steak with pistachio crust (Filetto di Tonno)
  • and finally a homemade dessert.

There is a fairly extensive oak wine list.

  • In season, there are also truffles.
