For stays of more than one week, linen change and pool cleaning takes place weekly. The service package has a minimum value of € 500. Wine service
Our neighboring winery “Ampeleia” makes great and special organic wines. We have selected wines from the Slow Wine Good range for you to enjoy at normal prices at no extra charge at home in Gurda Mare. If you like it, you can also reorder it at home. The 50 hectare winery was founded in 2002 by Elisabetta Foradori, Giovanni Podini and Thomas Widmann. Planted with seven Mediterranean grape varieties, which are distributed at different heights, from 200 to 400 meters. This attempt to experimentally understand the harmony between terroir and grape varieties was absolutely successful. With less than 40 hl / ha, the yield was minimally limited.
Un Litro (red)
A wine for every day and still something special. A liter of wine from the new winery in the Maremma of Elisabetta Foradori – and what a one! An elegant daily wine with high standards, which miraculously reflects the terroir of the new facilities from this winery. Sweetish spices such as mint, anise and fennel on the palate, well balanced.
Ampeleia
A terrific wine for beautiful evenings: The main part of the Ampeleia make up Cabernet Franc with about 50% and Sangiovese with about 20%. Sangiovese, the Tuscan vine par excellence, gives the Ampeleia its stability. The Cabernet Franc, which was previously not widespread in the Maremma, is added lightly. Fruit, spice, elegance and body are the characteristics that the Cabernet brings to the Ampeleia. Five other, extremely Mediterranean grape varieties contribute to the character of Ampeleia with their characteristics: Cannonau, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Alicante, Carignano. Great!
